great view but minor service issues
The luxury double room featured a stunning view that made our stay very special. The festive decor and carefully arranged Christmas tree added a lovely touch that enhanced our experience!
The service at times felt inconsistent, which detracted from an otherwise wonderful experience.

I booked last minute, and was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's cleanliness and the accommodating staff, though the dark carpeting was a bit oppressive. The comfortable bed and well-supplied bathroom enhanced my experience.

Fabulous hotel amenities and atmosphere.
Upon our arrival, we were exhausted after traveling for 27 hours. Although we informed the hotel in advance about our early arrival, we had to wait 4.5 hours for our room to be ready. This was incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially when all we wanted was to rest. Thankfully, the rest of our stay was pleasant, but that initial experience left a sour note.

Had an amazing time with my partner and really loved the luxurious double rain shower and the big comfy bed in our room. The spa offered both a sauna and a full-body massage that left us feeling super relaxed. Only downside was the long walk to our room due to some ongoing renovations, but it certainly didn’t ruin our stay! 😊

Great spot for a cozy getaway
We spent 2 nights in a Superior King Room and it was pretty nice. Location is perfect, close to the city but still feels chill. The staff were super friendly and helped us find fun stuff for the kids, which was awesome! The breakfast was decent, but the restaurant vibe was kinda off. Anyway, would stay again!

It was just a smart choice for a hurried visit in Galway with decent value for money. The room was nice but service definitely lacked a 5-star standard. Make sure to verify any meal deals before ordering to avoid surprises.

The staff treated us like royalty, and the breakfast was outstanding, making our stay truly memorable while being just a short walk to Eyre Square and the stunning Galway Cathedral, perfect for leisurely explorations. however, the spa facilities could use a bit of tidying up.
